# 為什麼我的充值未到賬？

* 1、待網路確認數
一旦充值達到最低要求，您的存款將成功上帳。EXGO系統指定的網路確認號。 請注意，每種加密貨幣的最低要求都不同。例如，BTC 充值的最低網路確認數為 1，但出於安全考量，EXGO系統需要至少 2 次網路確認數才能解鎖您的 BTC 充值。
 
* 2、充值未上線幣種
充值頁面顯示EXGO支持的幣種和網路。 您可以從充值提現狀態頁面查詢支持的幣種和網路。 如果您通過不支持的網路或充值了未上線的幣中，您的資產可能會丟失且無法找回。
 
* 3、未到達充值最小數量
為了您的方便，最小充值數量列在充值頁面上。 如果您的充值未達到最小的充值數量，會導致無法到賬。
